On Thursday, Feb. 1, Cogir Senior Living and Ryan Companies will celebrate the opening of ACOYA Cherry Creek, a senior living community boasting modern architecture, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant community tapestry. ACOYA Cherry Creek is located at 301 S Harrison Street in Denver and offers 137 beautifully appointed independent and assisted living apartments, empowering seniors to enjoy the benefits of community life while also supporting their physical needs as they age in place.

Known for their premier senior living communities, Cogir takes a holistic approach to engagement for seniors, supporting their physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual well-being.

“Research shows that seniors with frequent social activity experience 70% less social decline than seniors with limited social contact,” said Tracy Colburn, executive vice president of operations for Cogir Management USA. “ACOYA Cherry Creek is a haven for its residents, offering meaningful programming and opportunities for them to connect with one another and with the broader community.”

“The demand for senior housing is far from peaking and this includes the Denver market,” said Julie Ferguson, executive vice president of senior living, Ryan Companies. “The opening of ACOYA Cherry Creek comes at an opportune time as seniors search for housing options that fit their lifestyles.”

This state-of-the-art senior living community boasts full-size residential kitchens in the apartments, multiple dining venues, an art room, a salon, a club room, a wellness area, and an outdoor bar with a view of the Rocky Mountains. The town of Cherry Creek is ranked as one of the best places to live in Colorado and is home to locally-owned boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries, in addition to being 15 minutes from downtown Denver.

As part of their commitment to community, Cogir Senior Living communities also become an integral part of the fabric of their neighborhoods.

The grand opening event will be held from 4-6:30 p.m., with Dave Eskenazy, CEO of Cogir Management USA; Eric Gruber, executive vice president of Cogir Management USA; and Julie Ferguson, executive vice president of senior living, Ryan Companies, in attendance.
