Adams County Apartments Maintain Affordability

To preserve the affordability of the Aztec Villa Apartments in Thornton, CO that more than 500 people call home, the Adams County Housing Authority successfully secured low-income housing tax credits and other financing mechanisms to fund its recent renovation. $11.8 million worth of construction upgraded the landscaping and parking lots, common areas and unit interiors.
