Denver-based Archdiocesan Housing, Inc., which provides affordable, service-enriched housing for individuals and families who cannot access decent housing in the broader marketplace, recently held a ceremonial groundbreaking to celebrate the start of the Immaculata Plaza Apartments in Greeley, a 3-story, 24,600-square-foot building that will provide 30 new senior living affordable housing apartments.
The project, located just west of 8th St in Greeley, also includes the renovation of 25 existing senior living apartments in the neighboring building.
“Alliance is grateful to partner with Archdiocesan Housing, Medici Consulting Group, Kephart Architects, and all of our subcontractor partners to bring much-needed senior affordable housing to the Greeley community,” said Jeremy Nothdurft, COO for Alliance. “We’re excited to bring our expertise in Affordable Housing construction to Immaculata Plaza to help ensure this senior community has a safe, affordable place to call home.”
Immaculata Plaza is expected to be completed Summer 2023.
