Alliance Construction Solutions Celebrates 40 Years of Excellence

Alliance Construction Solutions, a Denver-based construction manager and general contractor, is celebrating 40 years of excellence in the construction industry.

“We are proud of the projects we’ve completed and the lasting partnerships we’ve formed over the years,” says Alliance President/CEO, Brian Weinmaster. “We are committed to staying true to our core values, and our employees, clients and subcontractor partners appreciate our dedication to quality and safety.”

Founded in 1982 under the name Baldwin Construction Inc. (BCI), in Fort Collins, by 1993, BCI had completed Ft. Collins High School, the largest project in its portfolio at that time. A year later, the company changed ownership and started self-performing concrete and carpentry work. The 1990s were a time of rapid growth for BCI, and by 1996, leadership felt a name change would better reflect the values of the company. The rebranding was driven by what the company does best; creating alliances, constructing the built environment, and creating solutions. Hence, Alliance Construction Solutions was formed.

The company increased its footprint geographically in the early 2000s, opened its Denver office in 2000, and in 2005 expanded opening a Cheyenne, WY office. Alliance Construction Solutions recognizes the value of employee ownership, and in 2010, it became an employee-owned company.

In 2016, Brian Weinmaster assumed the duties of president and CEO. Weinmaster is a 28-year employee with Alliance Construction Solutions and works to ensure that the company produces a quality product and stays on schedule while maintaining safety and a solid reputation.

The catalyst for the success of the firm has been the longevity of its key employees and leaders. The continuous growth over the past 40 years created a demand to build a team of construction professionals, and its team members are constantly training and pushing to be the best they can be in the industry.

“During the last 40 years, Alliance Construction Solutions has strived to be the best in the industry while maintaining our commitment to excellence,” said Weinmaster. “Alliance has worked tirelessly to enhance and better the Colorado and Wyoming communities. We are proud of our team, the work we’ve done, and the relationships we’ve built and look forward to many years ahead.”

Alliance has constructed over 400 projects, and its projects have won numerous AGC Colorado ACE awards, Housing Colorado Eagle awards, ABC Rocky Mountain Construction Excellence awards, and the American Concrete Institute (ACI) award.
