Alliance Construction Solutions is progressing smoothly as they near completion on RidgeGate Affordable Housing, located at 10810 Rail Way in Lone Tree, in close proximity to the RTD RidgeGate Light Rail station.
The project will total 90,900 square feet, constructed of a concrete podium with four stories of wood frame construction and 67 units of affordable housing. These units will consist of one, two, and three-bedroom units, with amenities including in-unit washers and dryers, coat closets, individual water heaters, and full kitchens. Residents will have access to the covered patio, entertainment center, fitness facilities, and on-site playground.
This project is a collaboration between Koelbel & Company, Bryant Flink Architecture & Design, and Alliance Construction Solutions with a completion date of Fall 2022.
The affordable housing project is the first of several similar projects in RidgeGate that will help the City of Lone Tree achieve its 350 affordable housing unit commitment on the East Side of I-25.
