Amazon are moving into Crossroads Commerce Park in Adams County. Dallas-based Trammell Crow built the 1 million square feet of industrial space on 77 acres, near the prime interchange of Interstates 25 and 70.
Amazon announced earlier this year that they will offer same-day grocery delivery in Denver.
Ware Malcomb provided architecture services for the project and Jansen Strawn Consulting Engineers, a Ware Malcomb Company, provided civil engineering services.
