Aurora — By late summer, the Amazon fulfillment center, currently under construction in Aurora, will be up and running. Located at Prologis Park 70 near the Intersection of Interstate 70 and E-470, the fulfillment center is expected to bring the city approximately $5.4 million in tax revenue in its first 10 years. The impressive 1 million square foot facility will employ 1,000 workers, will have 20 million items and 75 bays, which is good news for locals in the area who can look forward to their orders getting to them sooner.
