According to the Gazette, Amazon will build a 4-million-square-foot distribution center at the Colorado Springs Airport business park. Amazon reportedly paid $6.33 million to Colorado Springs for 69.2 acres at the airports Peak Innovation Park.
Plans filed with the city by developer Trammell Crow call for five stories of office, warehouse and distribution space.
Peak Innovation is a 900 acre master planned business park located at the entrance to the Colorado Springs Airport.
