Ambulatory Surgery Center Breaks Ground in Colorado Springs

Flintco, in partnership with Remedy Medical Properties and Environments For Health, celebrated the groundbreaking of a cutting-edge medical office building on November 18 for Colorado Springs Cardiology and Heart & Vascular Partners. This project represents a significant advancement in healthcare accessibility for Colorado Springs’ rapidly expanding northern geography.

The new 35,000-square-foot, two-story facility will feature three state-of-the-art catheterization laboratories, an operating room, and comprehensive pre-operative and post-acute care units, focusing on heart and vascular care. Located in the thriving Victory Ridge development, the facility is strategically positioned to serve the growing healthcare needs of northern Colorado Springs and surrounding communities.

Construction is scheduled to begin in Q4 2024, with completion targeted for Q4 2025.
