AMLI RiNo Poised to Break Ground Summer of 2018

DENVER – Chicago-based AMLI Residential’s latest development AMLI RiNo is the latest project in the River North (RiNo) neighborhood slated to break ground in the Summer of 2018. Positioned between commuter rail lines, the RiNo Arts District, and Denver’s vibrant lower downtown, the 390-unit development is poised to add residential density and beautiful design to one of Denver’s hottest transitioning neighborhoods. AMLI RiNo is bordered by the Platte River to the north and will provide a prominent presence along the south side of the Platte Trail.

Studio PBA is the designer for the project, which consists of two buildings, with units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. The exterior design features a subdued palette with accents of vibrant color throughout. The materials include large expanses of brick with metal panel accents and a prominent storefront glass feature along Denargo Street fronting the amenity zone for the project. Amenity spaces include a leasing center with conference rooms, gaming areas, mail center and an expansive multi-level fitness center.

The interior design of the common areas will incorporate items salvaged from the old warehouse on the site. There are several outdoor courtyard spaces with elevated views to the east and west. The elevated courtyards feature fire pits, grilling stations, community gardens, and outdoor gaming areas. The project also hosts two rooftop amenity decks featuring indoor and outdoor spaces with fire pits and seating areas.

AMLI RiNo will showcase an expansive pool deck along the Platte River with outdoor game area, fire pit, individual cabanas and grilling stations all connected to an indoor clubroom. AMLI RiNo is targeting LEED Gold for New Construction.
