Domain at Wash Park, a mid-rise multifamily property, located at 300 South Lafayette Street in Denver, has sold for $9 million, $450k per unit, or $548 per square foot, to an undisclosed California-based buyer. The property was 95 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Senior Directors Nick Steele and John Laratta and Directors Tyler King and Nate Moyer of Berkadia Denver led the transaction on behalf of an undisclosed seller.
“Washington Park is one of the most desirable and expensive neighborhoods in the city,” said Steele. “Domain is one of a handful of newer vintage multifamily properties in the neighborhood and has a market-leading amenity set. It is a great asset.”
Domain at Wash Park was built in 2014. This well-established community offers a variety of spacious one and two-bedroom floor plans featuring wood-style flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes. The property is located two blocks from the popular Washington Park and is walkable to neighborhood restaurants, nightlife, galleries and boutiques.
