According to public records, Chicago-based Amli Residential has bought a 332-unit apartment complex in Denver’s River North Neighborhood for $89 million.
The Crossing at Denargo Market, at 2525 Wewatta Way sold for $277,258 per unit. Privately-held Amli now owns more than 3000 units in Colorado.
