Apiary Hotel—South Denver’s first lifestyle, extended-stay hotel—is scheduled to open on January 27, 2026, at Belleview Station, 4855 S. Quebec Street. Part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, Apiary blends the energy of a lifestyle hotel with residential comfort and is designed to become a hub for locals and visitors with several community-centric spaces, including two unique dining concepts, Keepers Cocktail Lounge and June Gap Market & Café.
Apiary Hotel is a collaboration between Marriott, Stonebridge, and Copford Capital Management. The Beck Group serves as both the architect and general contractor for the project. The property is part of Marriott’s Bonvoy program, and guests are encouraged to enroll to unlock member-exclusive rewards and benefits during their stay.
Apiary Hotel features 175 spacious suites with kitchenettes and contemporary residential-style amenities for the modern traveler. Drawing its naming inspiration from the beauty and collaboration of a beehive, Apiary is built around community connection and creativity. As Denver’s newest urban hive, the property offers inviting public spaces, including a thoughtfully designed lobby with areas to gather as well as a sophisticated cocktail lounge and a market and cafe.
“We are excited to introduce our unique lifestyle extended stay concept in Belleview Station,” Alison Mitchell, general manager of Apiary Hotel, said. “Our hotel ecosystem mirrors the beehive model we draw inspiration from, with each member of our team working hard and collaborating to ensure top-tier service, amenities and guest experiences.”
Keepers Cocktail Lounge is Apiary’s on-site cocktail lounge, inspired by beekeepers, the quiet guardians of the hive. The space is inviting yet elegant with an ambiance that feels warm and intentional, ensuring every visit is a memorable experience. June Gap Market & Café is located right inside Apiary, focusing on sustainable ingredients and Denver-based producers with freshly prepared meals, pantry staples and beverages available to grab-and-go or enjoy on-site. The name is a nod to the June Gap, the brief summer stretch when bees rely on what they’ve gathered.
Designed for small conferences, receptions and private celebrations, Apiary’s Nectar Room is a 900-square-foot meeting and events space. With three flexible layout options, the space can transform to support any agenda from executive board meetings to lively cocktail receptions.
The hotel is combined with a residential component, Apiary Residences, ranging from one to three bedrooms, including thirteen penthouse units, which are located in the same building and have their own entrance and amenities separate from the hotel.
Apiary is located within Denver Tech Center’s fast-growing Belleview Station district, a hub for young professionals and families. The walkable community has spaces to live, work and play with Fortune 500 companies, curated retail and neighborhood restaurants. Located 12 miles south of downtown Denver along the light rail, locals and guests have convenient access to nearby entertainment at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater and extensive hiking and biking trails at three state parks.
“Apiary Hotel will be a tremendous addition to Belleview Station,” Sonja Dimond, principal at Copford Capital Management, said. “As the neighborhood continues to come to life with new hotels, residential developments and retail, our property will bring a distinct new offering with fresh dining and a contemporary extended stay experience.”
