AQYRE Launches Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm

Late last year, commercial real estate veterans Matt Lewallen, Joe Hornstein, Kevin Calame, & Scott Fetter joined forces to launch their own independent commercial brokerage firm, AQYRE Real Estate Advisors.

Joining their team of advisors is Dan Hawthorne, Jack Sherman, Hunter Schaefer, Keith Hardy, David Barocas and Kaila Dee.

“AQYRE’s philosophy of ‘rising-tide’ collaboration has really resonated with our clients as well as our Advisors,” tells co-founder Kevin Calame. “The not-so-secret to our success is our 50+ years of investment experience and our commitment to collaboration among ourselves and our peers. Sharing our relationships and opportunities with other brokers in our market assures those we are fortunate enough to call clients access to the best deals.”

Through this concert of talent, experience, and first-class technologies, AQYRE is thrilled to announce the launch of their new brokerage at Tower Colorado, located at 1720 S. Bellaire Street, Suite 701, Denver.

Prior to starting AQYRE, Matt Lewallen spent 11 years with a boutique investment real estate brokerage firm here in Denver. Over Matt’s tenure there he was consistently a top producer not only at the firm but citywide.

Scott Fetter spent eight years with a boutique investment real estate brokerage firm here in Denver. During that time he established a track record of success. Scott was recognized for production in his brokerage as well as being one of Denver’s Top 5 Young Brokers multiple years in a row.

Prior to being a broker, Kevin Calame was a co-founder and CEO of a local development company, Modo Developers, which did over 10 million in sales annually and was the largest condo converter in Denver from 2003-2009.

Joe Hornstein is a recognized, top producing broker who specializes in advisory, consulting and transactional services with a particular focus on private client multifamily investment properties and has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

“As a brokerage, we are committed to remaining a small firm with high caliber individuals allowing investors more access to experienced advisors – we stress quality over quantity,” advised Joe Hornstein.
