AQYRE Real Estate Advisors Brokers the Sale of Four Denver Multifamily Properties

This week, Denver-based AQYRE Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a boutique firm offering personalized and streamlined commercial real estate services to help investors build wealth, announced the sale of four multifamily investments in Denver.

59 & 65 N. Ogden Street

AQYRE sold two multifamily investments, 59 & 65 N. Ogden Street, in Denver, for $4,999,000. Both stylishly renovated properties collect premium rents in the West Washington Park neighborhood.

Senior Advisors Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti of AQYRE represented the seller, while Robert Bratley of CBRE worked with the buyer.

“These are two gorgeous buildings in a premium location. We generated tremendous investor interest, despite the challenges this summer,” offered Greg Johnson of AQYRE Real Estate Advisor. Conner Piretti, co-listing broker, noted that showings were limited to times when vacant units were available to tour.

AQYRE also brokered the sale of a 3-unit, 2,720-square-foot property at 1134 N. Downing Street in the Cheeseman Park neighborhood, for $850,000. The handsome converted mansion property is a turn-key investment.

Senior Advisors Greg Johnson and Conner Piretti of AQYRE Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, while Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage worked with the buyer.

“The seller had been successful in property management for over 20 years and approached us to discuss liquidation and retirement after we had listed the property next door,” noted Senior Advisor, Conner Piretti

Lastly, AQYRE sold a 3-unit multifamily property located at 3824 S King St., Denver, for $545,000.

“This building was unique and it required the right buyer but we were able to get it to the finish line where both parties were satisfied. The past owner renovated a good portion of the building but there are still a handful of improvements to be made by the new owner which will in turn yield a high cash
flowing property,” according to Dan Hawthorn, AQYRE Real Estate Advisors.
