Arizona-Based HubStarr Logistics Establishes Colorado Operations

HubStarr Logistics, a rapidly growing third-party logistics provider headquartered in Arizona, has opened a new 40,000-square-foot distribution facility in Denver, expanding the company’s Western U.S. logistics network and reinforcing Colorado’s growing importance in national supply chain operations.

Located just minutes from Denver International Airport, the new facility positions HubStarr to serve manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce companies throughout the Mountain West and beyond.

The expansion represents HubStarr’s first Colorado operation and follows significant growth across the Southwest as companies increasingly seek flexible warehousing and distribution solutions closer to key transportation corridors and population centers.

“Denver has become one of the most strategically important logistics markets in the country,” said Paul Soucek, vice president of sales & marketing for HubStarr Logistics. “Its central location, access to major interstate highways, world-class airport infrastructure, and growing business community make it an ideal location for companies looking to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce transportation costs.”

The facility will provide warehousing, inventory management, fulfillment, transportation coordination, and overflow storage solutions for businesses across multiple industries, including consumer goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, technology, and retail distribution.

As supply chains continue to evolve, many organizations are moving toward regionalized inventory strategies that place products closer to customers. HubStarr believes Denver’s geographic advantages make the region increasingly attractive for companies seeking to strengthen service levels while mitigating supply chain risk.

“The Rocky Mountain region continues to experience significant economic growth and population expansion,” Soucek said. “Businesses are looking for logistics partners that can provide flexibility, responsiveness, and scalable capacity. Our investment in Denver allows us to support those needs while creating a stronger network for our customers throughout the western United States.”The company expects the Denver operation to support continued growth opportunities throughout Colorado and neighboring states while creating additional employment opportunities as customer demand increases.

Founded on a customer-first philosophy, HubStarr Logistics has built its reputation by combining operational expertise with a highly responsive service model. The company’s expansion strategy focuses on developing strategic logistics hubs that help customers improve inventory visibility, accelerate delivery performance, and scale efficiently.

The Denver facility is now fully operational and accepting new clients. It is located in Building I at Ascent Commerce Center, an industrial park owned by Ambrose, a national industrial real estate investment manager and developer.
