Denver-based Atlas Real Estate is giving back to the Denver community this holiday season by providing rent relief, holiday meals and toy donations to families in need. Atlas is providing financial relief to four families this year by covering their rent in January.
“At Atlas, we are committed to engaging and giving back to the communities where we live and work all year round, but the holiday season is always especially important to us,” said Tony Julianelle, CEO of Atlas Real Estate. “We are grateful to be in a position to continue this tradition of surprising tenants in need with rent relief during the holidays. Our mission at Atlas is to ‘uplift humanity through real estate.’ That drives everything we do, from turning renters into homeowners, owners into investors and also providing safe and accommodating living spaces for our residents.”
Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Atlas provided more than 500 complete Thanksgiving meal kits to families in need and is currently holding a toy drive at their headquarters located on 970 Yuma St. in Denver. Atlas employees, residents and property owners are encouraged to drop off a new toy, book, or a monetary donation, and Atlas will deliver the donations to the Salvation Army.
Earlier this year, Atlas also established the Atlas Gives Back Scholarship Fund and issued three scholarships to Atlas residents to use towards tuition at any university, college or trade school.
Since its inception in 2013, Atlas has become recognized as a leader in the real estate industry. The Denver Business Journal named Atlas as a Fast 50 Honoree, Bank of America selected Atlas as one of its Colorado Companies to Watch, and ColoradoBiz Magazine honored the firm with a Best of Colorado: Property Management award for five consecutive years in addition to the Best Residential Real Estate Agency award in 2021.
