Belleview Station, a walkable, master-planned development located at Interstate 25 and Belleview Avenue, has announced the approval of another addition to the development. Block F has received the green light to move forward with a site plan that will include a 22-story mixed-use tower with 634 residential units, nearly 11,000 square feet of retail space, and 781 structured parking spaces.

The new construction marks another major milestone for the Denver Tech Center’s largest walkable district, as the approved site spans over 3.3 acres and adds over 944,000 square feet of new density to the area, signifying the next phase of Belleview Station’s long-term growth.

“Since Belleview Station broke ground the development has enjoyed steady success based on the team’s original vision, our location in the heart of southeast Denver and the popularity we’ve achieved among businesses, retailers, restaurants and people in general,” said Brooke Bansbach Maloy, vice president, Front Range Land & Development Company, the master developer of Belleview Station. “The companies that have invested here or have chosen to move here are realizing tremendous gains, and the people who live and work here have achieved a tremendous live-work balance. This is a place where people and businesses want to be.”

In January 2024, One Seven at Belleview Station, a 17-story, 250-unit luxury apartment tower, celebrated its opening. And in July 2024, the Kimpton Claret Hotel also opened in the heart of the fast-developing neighborhood. More information regarding Belleview Station is available here.
