According to national real estate firm Patrinely Group, Matillion, the international leader in data productivity whose platform enables data teams to get data business-ready faster, has signed a 29,181-square-foot lease on the 21st floor of Block 162. Located at 675 15th Street, between Welton and California Streets in downtown’s Central Business District, Block 162 is a 30-story, 596,295-square-foot, Class A speculative office building that is certified LEED Gold Core and Shell.

“We are proud to announce we have surpassed 50 percent occupancy at Block 162 with Matillion’s lease signing,” said Patrinely Group’s Rocky Mountain Region Senior Vice President David Haltom. “This is a significant milestone for the property and a validation of our approach to top-quality design and management at Block 162. Our team has dedicated themselves to securing a prestigious and diverse tenant mix, and we are thrilled by the continued momentum we are seeing by office tenants across industries to lease space at Block 162 –a building we consider to be the premier multi-tenant office development in the region due to the optimal flexibility, first-class amenities, and accessibility it provides. Matillion was looking for the right location for their North American headquarters, and their choice of Block 162 reinforces the building’s appeal to the top-quality tech community in addition to our other tenants in the legal, financial and accounting services, and business consulting sectors.”

Matillion selected Block 162 because of the advantages the space offers to attract and retain top talent and elevate the service it provides to its team members, customers, partners, and the community. Those features include its sustainable,energy-efficient, technology-forward and flexible design, health, safety, and wellness features, prime Central Business District location, unrivaled transit and vehicle accessibility, including ease of access to I-25 and adjacency to light rail and the 16th Street Free Mall Ride shuttle, as well as spectacular Front Range views.

Matillion was represented by Tim Bourdelais and Calum Waddell of JLL. Todd Wheeler and Doug Wulf of Cushman & Wakefield, directed by Dennis Tarro of Patrinely Group, represented the landlord.

The tenant is expected to move in next summer. Block 162 includes 20 floors of office space on Levels 11–30. The façade comprises an all-glass curtainwall system, offering views of the Front Range from every office floor through 10-foot, clear windows. The average floor plate size is 29,300 rentable square feet, designed to feature zero interior columns within the office floorplates.
