BMC Investments, a Denver-based, vertically integrated real estate investment manager, and real estate private equity firm Rockpoint announced that the retail space at The Oasis Apartments in Cherry Creek is now fully leased.
Located at 299 Milwaukee St., the property comprises 26,000 square feet of ground-level retail on Milwaukee between Second and Third Avenues in Cherry Creek North. Premium home furnishings and décor brand Arhaus will anchor the space, leasing approximately 18,000 square feet.
Additional tenants include Two Hands, an Australian-inspired all-day café and restaurant concept, which will open its second Denver-area location at The Oasis. Award-winning and locally owned luxury real estate brokerage milehimodern will bring its signature presence to The Oasis, one of five locations across Colorado. The retail lineup is rounded out by PopUp Bagels, known for its unique approach to the bagel experience, which serves whole, unsliced bagels meant to be torn apart and dipped into its butter and cream cheese schmears.

BMC Investments and Rockpoint broke ground on The Oasis Apartments, Cherry Creek in late 2024. Retail openings are expected throughout 2027, with the first tenants expected to open in the first quarter alongside the delivery of all 177 apartments in the development. The project features one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with amenities including a rooftop pool, clubroom, fitness center and spa.
