A 26-unit apartment complex in Boulder, located at 1707 Walnut St. has sold for $15.6 million ($600,000 per unit) setting a new record for per-unit pricing in Colorado. ARA, A Newmark Company, represented developer Element Properties in the sale and Manhattan-based Rivendell Global Real Estate purchased the property.
