Boulder Architecture Firm Expands to Denver

BOULDER — Boulder-based STUDIO Architecture has announced their expansion to a second office at 3575 Ringsby Court, suite 414 in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. The new office is located in Flight, the ninth phase of the TAXI campus.

Jeff Dawson, STUDIO founder and principal, and Tim Ross, principal, will continue to lead the Boulder office.

According to Dawson the timing was right for the move. “We’ve been doing more and more work in Denver so it just made sense that we open a second office in RiNo,” says Dawson. “We’re excited about the opportunities that this will afford us and really look forward to seeing the excellent work our Denver team will produce.”

STUDIO Principal Aldo Sebben will head the Denver office and shares Dawson’s optimism. “This new office puts us in a position to better serve our Denver clients and cultivate new relationships in this market,” says Sebben. “Overall I think this is a very positive step for STUDIO.”

STUDIO Architecture is an architecture and urban design firm founded in 2010 that specializes in mixed-use, office, multi-family — both market rate and affordable — and senior housing projects, combined with qualitative real estate development consulting services.
