Boulder County Planners to Vote on Proposed Development of CU-South Property

On Wednesday The Boulder County Planning Commission will vote on proposed updates to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan, including revised land use designations for potential development of the University of Colorado’s CU-South property. 308 acres of land wedged between Table Mesa Drive and U.S. 36 outside Boulder’s current city limits, will potentially see the development of 1,125 housing units for students and CU employees, athletic fields and academic buildings.
