As retail continues to strengthen across Colorado, Unico Properties LLC recently secured a long-term lease with Arc’teryx in Pearl Street Mall’s East End district in downtown Boulder. The high-performance outdoor equipment company will be moving into a 4,768-square-foot space at 1468 Pearl St. in winter 2021, marking its second Colorado location.
“Pearl Street Mall’s East End is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after destinations in Boulder, offering a large variety of dining, retail and entertainment options,” said Unico Vice President and Regional Director Austin Kane. “Adding Arc’teryx to Pearl Street Mall helps bring our vision of revitalizing the East End to life and will continue to bolster the economic growth of downtown Boulder.”
Arc’teryx is a durable, sustainable and high-performance outdoor equipment company known for its pioneering spirit and commitment to innovation. The new space will feature an outdoor patio seating area to enjoy during the warm months.
Arc’teryx joins multiple high-profile tenants already within Unico’s Pearl Street portfolio, including Black Diamond, Patagonia, Avanti Food and Beverage, and Sweetgreen. Unico’s efforts to revitalize the area align with the Downtown Boulder Partnership’s vision to create a distinct district for unique boutiques, quality restaurants and diverse businesses.
Unico currently owns and operates more than 1 million square feet of office and retail space in Boulder.
