Boyd Lake Commerce Center (BLCC), Building One, a brand new 100,017-square-foot Class A industrial and distribution building constructed on a speculative basis in Loveland has signed its first tenant, LaForce, LLC. Established in 1954, LaForce is a leading distributor of commercial door-opening products, services, and security solutions in the United States. LaForce agreed to a long-term lease totaling 33,700 square feet or approximately one-third of Building One.
Located at 3841 Vander Meer Drive at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Highway 34, Boyd Lake Commerce Center is owned and developed by the joint venture of Saunders Commercial Development and Winslow Investments, LLC. The project offers flexible design for assembly, R&D, manufacturing, and warehouse/distribution users, with space available from 20,000 square feet to as much as 1 million square feet. BLCC One was delivered in Q1-2024 and is also currently negotiating with other companies that could soon bring it to full occupancy. BLCC Two, a second high-bay industrial building in the project, is scheduled to break ground in late 2024.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Alec Rhodes, Aaron Valdez, Tyler Smith, and Jason Ells represented the landlord and Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ells, Colin Rowe and Sean Kropke also represented LaForce in the lease.

BLCC One features 28-foot clear height, four drive-in doors, 24 dock high doors, ESFR sprinklers, ample power and 179 parking stalls and available trailer parking. The property also features both indoor and outdoor storage and outdoor yard space.
The property provides direct access to Highway 34, Crossroads and Highway 392 running east/west, Highway 287 and Interstate 25 running north/south, and regional access to Interstate 70 in Denver and Interstate 80 in Wyoming. The location is also adjacent to Northern Colorado Regional Airport.
