Denver, CO – Continuum Partners announced the latest addition to its Bradburn Village development in Westminster: Bradburn Village Central. This new retail center will  be located at 4301 Main Street and will have 11,200 square feet of single-story retail space, all of which has already been leased to three restaurant tenants, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop5280 Burger Bar and Finley’s Barber Shop. The project broke ground last week and opening is anticipated for Summer 2017.

To build the new $4.5 million retail center, Continuum Partners has partnered with The Mulhern Group, as architect; Mark Young Construction, Inc.as contractor; and Roscoe Engineering as the civil engineer.

“We are thrilled to be bringing another retail amenity to Bradburn Village residents,” said Roger Pecsok, Development Director at Continuum Partners overseeing the Bradburn Village development. “In seeking out tenants for Bradburn Village Central, we focused on complementing our existing tenants in order to make Bradburn a dining and entertainment destination for the entire Westminster and Broomfield neighborhoods. With their proven concepts desirable to both families and business diners, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and 5280 Burger Bar really fit the bill and Finley’s Barber Shop is a great addition as well.”

Fuzzy’s Taco Shop will have 4,845 square feet in Bradburn Village Central. Originally started in Fort Worth, Texas, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop was bought in 2003 by father and son restaurateurs Alan and Chuck Bush and boast 95 stores in 11 states. Offering the perfect combination of tacos and drinks, Fuzzy’s focuses on promptly and efficiently providing guests with generous helpings of uniquely flavorful foods at a fair price, in a fun atmosphere.

The 4,513 square foot Bradburn Village Central location will be only the second outpost for 5280 Burger Bar, which has made its home on the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver since opening in 2014. Serving the finest, chef-crafted burgers, salads, appetizers and sides made from fresh, all-natural ingredients, 5280 Burger Bar will also feature 5280 Ice Cream shop, which will churn out ice cream from scratch.

Finley’s Barber Shop provides exceptional grooming services and products for men.  Founded in Austin, Texas, the approximately 1,500 square foot location will represent the concept’s first foray into Colorado. Finley’s has reinvented the ambiance of the old-fashioned American barbershop by combining age-old traditions of barbering with modern amenities like convenient online booking.  Finley’s will offer a variety of grooming services, from beard trims to straight-razor shaves to the Finley’s premier hair package – a cut and style, shampoo, hot-lather neck trim and massage.

Designed to correlate with the surrounding buildings in the Bradburn Neighborhood while still maintaining its own identity, Bradburn Village Central will feature an elevated middle facade, light/dark masonry contrasts, wood-look siding features and storefront canopies. Perhaps most notably, there will be outdoor patios on both ends of the building.

Bradburn Village is a 125-acre village located in Westminster, Colorado, on 120th Avenue between Federal and Sheridan Boulevards, featuring traditional neighborhood design and smart growth values. Oriented around a pedestrian-friendly village core with shops, restaurants, offices and residences, Bradburn Village offers four distinctive neighborhoods ranging from near-urban to near-rural as well as nine community parks and two recreation centers.
