Airpark North, a brand new Class-A industrial project that was just delivered in August in Loveland, has sold for approximately $8.53 million. The vacant 36,000-square-foot freestanding building located at 6987 Rickenbacker Road was acquired by The Colorado Floor Company, an owner/occupier, that will utilize the entire facility for its operations.

The seller was the master developer of Airpark North, BH Developers, which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Ackerman and URealty, Inc.’s Matt Haskell in the disposition. The buyer was represented by Tanner Fanello and Brian Baker from Fuller Real Estate.

BH Developer’s owner, Curt Burgener, said, “We built and positioned Airpark North to be a leading industrial development in Northern Colorado, and we are very pleased to have successfully closed on this transaction to The Colorado Floor Company immediately on delivery. This property is desirably located adjacent to a new development from Trammell Crow and Amazon and close proximity to Interstate 25, Highway 34, Highway 287 and the Northern Colorado Regional Airport.”

Cushman & Wakefield Vice President Travis Ackerman added, “BH Developers along with prominent general contractor Evergreen Industrial built a phenomenal Class A development offering great flexibility and functionality with top-notch industrial features for today’s users. Additionally, BH Developers selected a location in central northern Colorado that was optimally positioned for both accessibility as well as visibility.”

Located along Rickenbacker Rd and situated on ±4 acres, Airpark North comprises a total of 30,000 sf of warehouse space plus a 6,000-sf mezzanine. Additional project features include a 21’ clear height and six overhead doors. The property is strategically located adjacent to the Fort Collins/Loveland Airport
