Fort Collins-based general contractor Brinkman Construction recently completed the construction of Destination at Arista, a new state-of-the-art multifamily community that brings 325 units to the Broomfield market. This project, encompassing four four-and five-story buildings totaling 492,650 square feet, showcases a mix of garage and surface parking.
IRT Living is the owner and developer of the project and Steadfast Companies managed the construction effort.
