Brinkmann Constructors announced the completion of two significant Denver projects:
4228 Kalamath Street
Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with Palisade Partners, recently completed the construction of a 132,000-square-foot multifamily community in Denver. This three-story residential building added 117 units to Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood, a rapidly growing transit-oriented area.
The project also included a 100-stall parking garage and an internal courtyard accessible from street level, along with upscale amenities such as a bar and lounge space, fitness center, and dog-wash area.
In addition to honoring the rich architectural character of the neighborhood, the development helped support Denver’s goal of transforming this former industrial corridor in the Sunnyside neighborhood into a thriving residential area. OZ Architecture served as the project architect.
Lovett 70th and Broadway
In partnership with Lovett Industrial, a Houston-based real estate investment firm, Brinkmann recently completed the construction of a 201,330-square-foot industrial project in Denver. 70th & Broadway is a Class A, single-building industrial development in Twin Lakes, Colorado. The site benefits from direct access to Interstate 25, Interstate 76, and Interstate 270.
In addition to the construction of the tilt-up concrete warehouse, the scope also included the abatement and demolition of five existing structures on the 12.5-acre site, the relocation and encasement of two existing irrigation canals
