Wind Crest Care Center Expansion & Pedestrian Bridge

Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with Erickson Senior Living, a Maryland-based real estate developer and manager of continuing care retirement communities, recently completed the construction of a four-story Hambro building with 109 units, 164 beds, and the renovation of the 3,700-square-foot Care Center at Wind Crest Senior Living Community, which was built by Brinkmann in 2012.

The project also included a 2,400-square-foot pedestrian bridge connecting the existing Care Center to Residential Building 1.4. Right-of-way construction was completed to build a new lane and cul-de-sac at Plaza Drive outside of the Wind Crest community.

Ralston Gardens 

Arvada

Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with Mile High Development, recently completed the construction of a four-story, 98,000-square-foot affordable housing community in Arvada.

This 102-unit development offers affordable housing to those in the 30 to 70 percent area median income (AMI) range. Brinkmann assisted with preconstruction for approximately 18 months, including navigating the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) application process, supporting design development, and reducing costs through value engineering.
