Brinkmann Constructors announced the following project updates for August:
Aspendale Littleton
Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with Headwaters Group, recently broke ground on a four-story, wood-framed active adult community in Littleton.
Located on a six-acre site, the new 190-unit, 231,000-square-foot facility will feature a variety of upscale amenities, including a clubhouse, spa, lap pool, community garden, dog park and covered parking structures. Santulan Architecture will serve as the project architect.
Creekside Centennial Tech Center, Centennial
In partnership with LaPour, Brinkmann recently broke ground on a tilt-up warehouse in Centennial. Located on a six-acre site, this 63,000-square-foot warehouse will feature a unique boomerang shape with both a sloped and stepped slab on grade. Intergroup Architects will serve as the project architect.
Life Time Fitness Boulder
In partnership with Life Time Development, Brinkmann recently began the complete interior demolition of 40,000 square feet of ground-level space to make way for a new, high-end Life Time Fitness facility. The new facility will feature extensive group fitness areas, an indoor pool, a spa, steam and sauna rooms, a kids’ area, a bar, and a complete upgrade to the MEPF and AV systems. The exterior scope will include the expansion of the outdoor pool area, refurbishing the existing pools, extending the sun deck and adding a full-service outdoor bar. LTF Architecture will serve as the project architect.
