Opus has completed Cogir of Broomfield, a three-story, 165-unit senior living development at 4275 West 121st Avenue in Broomfield. New residents will begin moving in June 2025.

The senior living community provides a continuum of housing and care choices so residents can age in place, including independent living, assisted living and memory care with programming designed to enhance the lifestyle of its residents. The development is a joint venture between Opus and Cogir Senior Living. Cogir currently operates four other senior communities in Colorado.

“Cogir of Broomfield sets the standard for safe, quality senior living and we’re proud to have partnered with Cogir to bring this property to life,” said Randy Danielson, senior director of real estate development with Opus. “Multifamily living is core to the work we do throughout the country and this Broomfield property stands out as a stellar example of the quality placed into these developments.”

Cogir of Broomfield is in a growing area midway between Denver and Boulder with convenient access to Interstate 25. The location brings amenity-rich living to the dynamic Broomfield neighborhood, providing opportunities for residents to stay engaged in an active community setting with easy access to transportation, retail, restaurants, healthcare and trail systems, including a walking path connecting the development to Country Vista Park.

“We’re thrilled to make this property available for seniors throughout the Denver area and look forward to seeing residents move in this summer,” said Brannon Lambert, vice president of real estate development at Cogir. “It will be a vibrant home for those looking to enhance their retirement years and stay connected to the community with a wide variety of amenities and first-class construction.”

With a modern and contemporary aesthetic, the four-wing building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments featuring high-end finishes, some with balconies and patios.

Those interested in touring or learning more about the property can visit the leasing office on site or by calling 970-425-1809.

Opus was the developer, design-builder, architect and structural engineer of record. The interior designer was Thoma-Holec Design.
