Denver, COCanyon Title recently added to their rapidly growing headquarters in Denver and welcomed two highly-recognized individuals in the commercial real estate industry; Robert F. Rosenthal as the new General Counsel and Commercial Underwriter, and Cinnamon Trimmer as National Commercial Account Executive.

Rosenthal will be responsible for advising the company on legal and overall business matters related to commercial and residential real estate transactions, such as titles and escrows. Trimmer will help Canyon Title build strong relationships with brokers, developers and attorneys as Canyon Title grows the number of commercial real estate transactions it closes going forward.

“My lines of business in the last 25 years of my career in the industry had me working side by side with national brokers and clients at all levels of commercial real estate,” said Trimmer. “My reputation has earned me trust and respect throughout the industry, and I’m excited to create synergy, success and world-class outcomes on commercial closings at Canyon Title with my network.”

Following the company announcement, Rosenthal said, “I am looking forward to working with the Canyon and Boston National teams to build a powerful new avenue for commercial customers to complete their transactions, both in Colorado and throughout the United States, utilizing Canyon’s already developed paperless, high-tech platforms driven by a robust group of title and escrow professionals.”

Rosenthal brings over 36 years of commercial real estate, development, and transactional legal experience to Canyon, through significant projects such as the Stapleton Airport redevelopment project, the sale and purchase of signature Downtown office buildings and several others, and participating in transactions totaling more than $2 billion over the years.

“Our years of service are really going to launch Canyon to the next level,” said Trimmer, who has vast experience in commercial real estate from her time at Colliers International and CBRE, as well as data analytics experience from her tenure at Xceligent, the main competitor of CoStar, the largest CRE data company in the country. She has also worked closely with associations such as the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors (NCCAR), Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB), Colorado Business Bank (CBB) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
