This addition marks a pivotal step in MMG’s expansion strategy, significantly strengthening its presence across key markets in the Western United States.
With the addition of 18 new team members, including 11 experienced multifamily advisors and seven operations specialists, MMG is better positioned than ever to deliver top-tier multifamily and land advisory services to its clients in Colorado and other Western regions. This addition strengthens MMG’s commitment to providing
industry-leading expertise and exceptional service, fueling the continued expansion of its multifamily and land brokerage nationwide.

Bringing Proven Leadership and Expertise to MMG
The partnership will integrate Adam Riddle and Jason Koch, two principals with nearly 20 years of experience each, into MMG’s leadership team. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge in multifamily investments, land transactions, and operational management. Riddle and Koch built Capstone Colorado into a high-performing
brokerage operation, closing 1000’s of transaction in their careers.

The Denver Apartment Team will focus on multifamily transactions across the state of Colorado, with a particular emphasis on the Denver metro area. The team has built a reputation for collaborative brokerage, with a revenue-sharing structure that reinforces teamwork.
