CBRE has completed an office sublease for ASRC Federal Holding Company at 3420 East Harmony Road in Fort Collins.
Matt Patyk of CBRE’s Fort Collins office and Dominic Orfitelli of CBRE’s McLean, Va., office represented the tenant in the 31,000-square-foot sublease. The sublease commences in the third quarter of 2020. The sublessor is Comcast.

This is a signature location for ASRC Federal in northern Colorado as they expand their business operations,” said Mr. Patyk, vice president, CBRE.
3420 East Harmony Road is owned by Denver-based developer McWhinney. Built in 1980, the three-story building totals 184,384 square feet. The property is located just west of I-25, at the northeast corner of East Harmony Road and Ziegler Road. It is surrounded by numerous restaurant and retail amenities. The building also includes an on-site cafeteria.
ASRC Federal Holding Company supports a family of companies that provide a broad range of services to federal civilian, intelligence and defense agencies. The company is headquartered outside of Washington, DC.
