CBRE completed the sale of approximately 139 acres at the southeast corner of I-70 and E-470 in Aurora, Colorado, to Westside Investment Partners, based out of Glendale, Colorado.

Martin Roth, Eric Roth and Jim Bolt of CBRE’s Denver office represented the seller, Professors Capital, an investment firm based out of Solana Beach, California, who has owned the property since 2007. The tract was originally 239 acres until the southerly 100 acres were purchased in 2016 to house a new data center that is currently under construction.

“This site is a premier corner in one of the key growth areas of the metro area,” said Eric Roth, senior vice president. “We are excited to see it purchased by a local buyer that understands this submarket exceptionally well.”

Located along the two major arterials, I-70 and E-470, the site offers excellent visibility and access. Potential uses for the site include retail, office, R&D, hospitality, healthcare and multifamily. The site is currently zoned for Regional Activity Center (RAC).
