Willow Run Investors, LLC, an entity operated by Gart Properties, has sold Willow Run, a 91,565-square-foot retail shopping center in Westminster, to CentrePoint Properties, a privately held commercial real estate investment firm operating out of Denver, for $10.9 million.

Willow Run Investors was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Hendrickson, Aaron Johnson and Mitch Veremeychik. Gart Properties acquired the center in 2013.

“Willow Run Shopping Center is a quality neighborhood asset located at a fundamentally sound intersection. The center is surrounded by residential housing, adjacent to Big Dry Creek Park, and has supporting demographics to suggest the future is bright.  The local businesses within the property focus on the consumer within the surrounding community and those businesses have been met with reciprocal support throughout the last few years,” said Managing Director Jon Hendrickson.

Located at 12900-12910 Zuni St, the hard corner of Zuni St/W 128th Ave, tenants at Willow Run Shopping Center include Frolic Brewing Company and Big Liquor Warehouse at the two end cap locations. The property features ample parking and has close proximity to Interstate 25.
