- Denver’s Cherry Creek is the most expensive submarket in Colorado, and the 31st in the U.S. Office space here comes with an average sale price per square foot of $480—106% bigger than the national average of $233.
- Boulder claimed the 88th place on our list, with an average sales price per square foot of $264.
- The first place in the top 100 was claimed by Mountain View – Shoreline, a Bay Area submarket with a $1,554 price per square foot. At 36, California had the most entries on the list.
