Cherry Creek and Boulder Among Most Expensive U.S. Office Submarkets

According to a study conducted by CommercialCafé, both Cherry Creek and Boulder made the Top 100 list of the most expensive office submarkets in the nation.

Here are a few key takeaways from the study:

  • Denver’s Cherry Creek is the most expensive submarket in Colorado, and the 31st in the U.S. Office space here comes with an average sale price per square foot of $480—106% bigger than the national average of $233.
  • Boulder claimed the 88th place on our list, with an average sales price per square foot of $264.
  • The first place in the top 100 was claimed by Mountain View – Shoreline, a Bay Area submarket with a $1,554 price per square foot. At 36, California had the most entries on the list.
