Golub & Company is part of the joint venture that owns One Aspen.

Chicago-based Golub & Co, leaders in real estate development and investment, recently announced that the company will open a Denver office that will focus on multifamily and office acquisitions in the west.

The company was previously an owner in Snowmass Village and Fallingwater Condominiums in Denver and is also part of the joint venture that owns One Aspen.
