Denver-based grocer, Choice Market has officially opened within Greystar’s Parq on Speer, Denver’s luxurious new 16-story mixed use community. The new 5,000-square-foot market, located at 939 Bannock St., features the brand’s proprietary Choice: NOW shopping experience. This omni-channel experience allows guests to step into the future via a fully autonomous grocery shopping journey. Guests scan The Choice app upon entry, pick up their groceries and freshly prepared meals and then leave without using a traditional checkout with a receipt sent directly to their mobile device.
“The addition of Choice Market Bannock is another way that Parq on Speer is able to make our residents’ lives easier and more convenient,” said Bo Chapman, managing director of development for Greystar. “Everyday groceries, prepared foods, coffee and more are all just a short elevator ride away – giving much-deserved time back to our residents so they can focus on the things they enjoy rather than their to-do lists.”
Designed specifically to meet the needs of the Golden Triangle neighborhood, Choice Market Bannock features an extensive selection of groceries, including expanded seasonal produce, dairy and protein departments as well as an extensive selection of prepared foods like pasta salads, chicken dinners and family meals. Offering local, high-quality fresh foods and groceries, shoppers will also find products from more than 60 Colorado suppliers.
With a full-service, scratch kitchen, Choice’s classically trained chefs develop seasonal menus and elevated food on the go. Choice sources fresh, environmentally friendly ingredients and products, like organic produce, hydroponic greens and anti-biotic and nitrate-free proteins, from local farmers.
Located at the corner of Speer Blvd. and Bannock St., Parq on Speer is situated on two acres in Denver’s creative, cultural and civic hub and is owned and operated by Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development and management of rental housing properties. Residences encompass studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans – townhomes and penthouse suites – with square footage spanning 545 to 3,517 square feet.
