Clubhouse Work & Golf, a first-of-its-kind coworking community built around an indoor golf club, has released first-look renderings of its newest location at 720 South Colorado Blvd., slated to open in late summer 2026.
The 23,000-square-foot workspace is comprised of two-floors, featuring 65 private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms and five Trackman golf simulators.
One Line Studio, a Greenwood Village-based architecture studio founded in 2012 by Tim Politis, is the architect for the project. The designs highlight floor-to-ceiling glass windows framing unobstructed Rocky Mountain views, a putting green and a bar, all just steps from the workspaces. The layout is designed to support both focused work and client-facing activity, with shared spaces intentionally positioned to encourage interaction throughout the day.
At its core, the concept is built around connection, bringing professionals together through a shared interest while still prioritizing a productive office environment. Members use the space not just to work, but to build relationships, host clients and spend time in a setting that supports both.
According to Clubhouse Work & Golf, the success of its Greenwood Village location provided invaluable insight into how modern professionals use space and what matters most to them. Cherry Creek builds on those insights with a more elevated approach: a broader mix of office sizes and membership options to accommodate growing teams, thoughtful layout improvements, and upgraded finishes throughout.
Interest in the Cherry Creek location is already building, and space will be limited. Join the waitlist now to get priority access to office selection, founding member benefits, and exclusive construction updates as we bring this space to life.
