Coach Home Development Coming to Jefferson Park

Denver-based NorthHill Development will break ground in November on a new 33 unit townhome project, on one of the few remaining parcels in the popular Jefferson Park neighborhood. Completion is slated for the spring of 2022.

Located at 25th and Clay, Coach Homes at Jeff Park will bring a unique new concept of townhome redesign to the Denver market. Coach Homes, a hybrid between condos and townhomes, are popular across the country in areas such as Chicago, and around the world from London to Australia. The concept of stagger-stacked one and two-story townhomes, each with a separate entrance, has yet to hit the metropolitan area.

“We are excited to bring a fresh, new townhome redesign to the Denver market,” said NorthHill owner Dorine Tchoudine. “The demand is high for lower priced smaller units, but it’s very challenging to design a great floor plan in a smaller space. My goal was to redesign the typical townhome using the space more efficiently to be able to offer better layouts, and the functionality of a 1400-1500 square foot townhome, at more affordable price points. I am grateful to have an extremely talented architect by my side to help me to realize my vision.”

This residential development, designed by Dean Ricci Architects, plans to bring back old world style, utilizing an abundance of brick and steel on the exterior. The units that will range from 855-square-foot to 1300-square-foot, one and two story coach homes. The majority of the townhomes have a separate outside entrance, and all offer private outdoor space, from private rooftop decks to private enclosed balconies and patios.

“We are thrilled to be representing Coach Homes at Jeff Park” said Mark Pledger, managing broker at West + Main Homes. “With some of the best price points we have seen in the area, starting at $395,000 for a 2-bedroom townhome, we are already seeing significant interest from buyers. ”
