Collegiate Peaks Bank, Division of Glacier Bank, celebrated the groundbreaking of their new building located in the Denver Tech Center at 5450 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. The bank will move into the building’s approximately 6,500-square-foot main floor space in the first quarter of 2020.
Piper Pierce, a Banking industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, will serve as the bank’s president. The DTC branch will also be hiring as many as 20 new employees in the coming months.
“We are a community-minded bank, and our focus is always on our customers and the success of the people and businesses that live and work in the communities we serve. We are looking forward to expanding into the south metro market,” said Piper, whose areas of expertise include finding financial solutions for commercial real estate projects and operating companies while serving customers with integrity. “We have helped our customers to grow their businesses, and as a result, our bank has grown, driving our need for a larger DTC location. Our employees are talented, dedicated, and committed to giving our customers the best service possible.”
The Bank will provide full retail and commercial services. Customers will also enjoy easy access to the bank, which is located near the intersection of I-25 and Belleview near the Landmark Retail Center. As part of the Bank’s effort to be the “employer of choice” for Banking professionals, Collegiate Peaks Bank is offering light rail passes to employees, will be providing bike racks on site and this location will have a dedicated wellness room.
