Collegiate Peaks Bank, a Division of Glacier Bancorp, has purchased the property at 1130 Haxton Dr in Fort Collins, with plans to open a full-service branch location in the first quarter of 2026. The building purchase further represents Collegiate Peaks Bank’s commitment to the northern Colorado market. The bank is currently redesigning and renovating the property.
Surround Architecture is the architect for the project and the Centerre Construction is the general contractor.
“We’re very excited about the purchase of this property, ideally located at the intersection of Harmony Road and Lemay Avenue,” said David Fritzler, who serves as the Northern Colorado regional president for Collegiate Peaks Bank. “The Bank is committed to supporting, and building a permanent home, in northern Colorado, and this is an important first step. Combined with our longstanding presence in Denver, southern Colorado, and the mountain communities, our new location provides the opportunity to serve customers from Colorado Springs all the way to Wyoming”
As a division of Glacier Bank, Collegiate Peaks offers the best of many worlds. It is a true community bank, operated locally in Colorado, that has the resources of a top 100 bank. This provides the unique ability to take care of customers large, mid-size and small. Whether the client is an individual, small or large business, municipality, non-profit, or a real estate developer, Collegiate Peaks Bank is here to serve them.
