Colliers International included Denver in their recently released 10 Emerging U.S. Industrial Markets to Watch in 2017. The report cites that in terms of development in Denver, “In 2016, industrial construction activity reached its highest level in 15 years with more than 3.6 million square feet under construction, of which a large percentage is pre-leased.”
