Colorado Apartment Shortage Predicted for 2030

According to the findings of a new study conducted by Hoyt Advisory Services, an additional 100,485 new units will need to be built in Colorado in the next 13 years, in order to accommodate the growing number of immigrants, an aging population and people who would rather rent than purchase a home.
