Metco Landscape (“Metco”), a portfolio company of Westhook Capital and leading provider of commercial landscape services in Colorado, has acquired PGM Inc., a premier provider of commercial landscape maintenance services in Colorado Springs. PGM’s Founder and President Dan Pohja will continue to lead PGM. Financial Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
