Ireland Stapleton, a full-service Colorado commercial law firm, has relocated its Denver headquarters to 1660 Lincoln Street, Suite 3000. The firm has taken over the top floor of the 30-story, newly renovated building located at the corner of 17th and Lincoln Streets, in Denver’s Uptown neighborhood.

The space has been completely remodeled to better suit the modern work styles and needs of the firm and its Denver-based attorneys. To encourage and maintain a workforce capable of successfully working both in the office and remotely, the layout will feature a number of shared offices, hotel-style offices, and advanced technology that will increase communication and collaboration within teams and practice groups. This flexible atmosphere will better accommodate both remote and in-office workers, helping the Firm to better serve its clients.

“Although Ireland Stapleton has been serving clients for nearly a century, the Firm is committed to embracing a modern work environment. Over the last three years, we have seen how attorneys and staff can thrive with a more flexible, hybrid schedule,” said Ireland Stapleton’s Managing Director Erica Tarpey. “Through a collaboration-focused layout and enhanced technology, it is our hope that this office will stimulate innovation and attract and maintain top talent. This move is a critical piece in achieving our goals of successfully and exceptionally advocating for our clients; creating a positive work environment for all employees, clients, and guests; and continuing to be one of Denver’s leading law firms.”

The layout of the office was created with collaboration as a key priority and includes coworking offices and conference rooms that will allow teams to work together in the same space. Offices will be situated in a way that makes it easier for attorneys and staff to access one another, and glass walls will not only bring natural light and expansive views of the State Capitol Building, and the rest of downtown Denver, but will inspire a more cohesive and connected work environment.

The office building is conveniently situated near Civic Center Station, one of the largest Regional Transportation District (RTD) hubs in the state, other RTD rail stations, and the 16th Street Mall Shuttle, making it easily accessible for those commuting by mass transit. For those driving to the office, the location permits in and out access from Broadway and Lincoln Streets, and the building houses a 24/7 parking garage.

The Class A, LEED Certified Gold building also includes a fitness center, conference facility, and on-site café. Perhaps best of all, it is a dog-friendly building and the firm is thrilled to welcome some four-legged friends to the new space. Unico Properties owned the building between 2013 and 2018 and continues to manage the property.
