DENVER — milehimodern, Colorado’s top-selling residential real estate team and an independent brand within LIV | Sotheby’s International Realty, has opened a gallery in the Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood at 2015 W. 32nd Ave. The team also has a location in Cherry Creek North on 255 Clayton Street.
The LoHi gallery boasts local works from Denver artists mixed with real estate in a hip urban environment. milehimodern offers a one-of-a-kind immersive buying experience with six 60-inch touch-screens where guests can browse all property listings and Denver’s hottest developments. With several meeting areas, clients can also utilize the gallery to meet with design teams as well as see and feel development finishes.
