Colorado Shared Workspace Provider to Open Littleton Location

Shift Workspaces, Colorado’s first hospitality-driven shared workspace provider, will open its new downtown Littleton location on July 1. Located at 2679 Main St., Shift Littleton is a unique and dynamic addition to the submarket’s office mix as more businesses and employees seek out flexible, amenitizied workspaces closer to home. The 28,000-square-foot, arts-oriented space will feature 117 private offices, 17 private phone booths and six conference rooms, in addition to a 3,000-square-foot outdoor terrace and 4,500 square feet of third-floor bar and lounge with unobstructed views of the front range.

Influenced by the art, history and culture of its surroundings, Shift Littleton is the company’s third coworking community, joining two others in Denver’s Golden Triangle and Alamo Placita neighborhoods. Shift Workspaces currently serves more than 500 members, catering primarily to professional service providers, entrepreneurs and remote employees of large corporations.

“It’s no secret that the modern concept of ‘coworking’ has reached an inflection point,” said Grant Barnhill, CEO and founder of Shift Workspaces. “Shift Littleton blends the best elements of both private and collaborative officing to foster a more supportive working environment. We are confident we’ve created a space that empowers our members to do their best work while prioritizing their health and wellness through thoughtful design and meaningful amenities.”

Shift Littleton members will enjoy a highly personalized experience. In addition to a community kitchen, cocktail and coffee bar overseen by a full-time Culinary Concierge, members will have access to massage and meditation rooms, an abundance of outdoor seating, 24/7 building access and enriching cultural programming.

Shift Workspaces has taken the added steps recently of installing multiple state-of-the-art of air filtration and UV disinfectant systems to treat viruses, bacteria, airborne mold and pollution throughout its locations.

Denver-based architecture firm Clutch Design Studio is leading the interior design effort for Shift Workspaces Littleton. Each Shift Workplaces location is designed to reflect its distinct local context while consistently providing the high level of design that is synonymous with the Shift brand.

Shift Littleton combines lustrous finishes and details with elements that pay homage to the area’s past as an industrial and agricultural hub. Throughout the design, Clutch Design Studio features a color palette that pairs rich reds, shades of black and low lighting with saturated pops of orange, yellow and emerald green. Dramatic materials and textures – including heavy wooden timbers, a mix of  graphic wall papers, soft leather furnishings and wool felt ceiling clouds – frame curated artwork from both local and international artists. A third-floor great room opens to a large outdoor terrace with lounge seating and lush plants, allowing members to select indoor or outdoor work environments as it suits them.

“Shift Littleton, like its sister locations, provides a welcoming environment where people can build authentic connections and plug into a thriving entrepreneurial culture,” Barnhill said. “Clutch Design Studio has done a tremendous job creating an edgy, luxe and original space that reflects our members’ discerning tastes. We’re thrilled to be joining the Littleton community this summer.”

Private, by-appointment-only tours of Shift Littleton are happening now. Membership agreements are personalized to fit each member’s needs with monthly and short-term lease options available, as well as competitive pricing for private offices and dedicated desks.
